2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from lumavyn.co.uk, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. PRODUCTS & STOCK MODES
We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • In-Stock Items: Items sold with standard processing times are physically held in our warehouse.
  • Pre-Order Items: Out-of-stock items are sold under a forward-sale contract. These require 100% upfront payment to secure the item from our manufacturer and are subject to specific dispatch windows outlined at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
4. PRICING
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
5. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
  • In-Stock Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • Pre-Order (Forward Sale) Orders: Placing a pre-order constitutes an immediate binding forward-sale contract, executed upon receipt of your full upfront payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel a pre-order before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued immediately.
6. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DELIVERY GUARANTEE
We assume full contractual liability for your goods until they are successfully delivered to you. For forward-sale pre-orders, if supply chain or transit delays cause us to miss our stated dispatch window, our liability is limited to providing you with an updated delivery date or issuing a 100% immediate refund, at your choice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumavyn's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
