Shipping policy

• Cost: Free on all orders.
• In-Stock Dispatch: Dispatched within 1–2 business days when items are in stock.
• Pre-Order Dispatch: When items are out of stock, they are sold as a forward pre-order and dispatched within 9–17 business days of your purchase date.
• Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days total from the date of dispatch.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been handed to the carrier.

• Regions: We currently only ship to the UK
• Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Weekdays: Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same day.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.

• Upfront Payment: By purchasing an item clearly marked as "Pre-Order," you agree to a forward-sale contract with full upfront payment, allowing us to immediately secure your item from our manufacturer.
• Our Liability: We assume full contractual liability for your order. In the rare event that supply chain or transit delays exceed our promised dispatch window, we will contact you immediately to offer your choice of an extended delivery date or a 100% immediate refund.

• Inquiries: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@lumavyn.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
