Shipping policy

UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Free on all orders. Dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery: 8–13 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently ship to the UK, Republic of Ireland, and selected EU countries. International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@lumavyn.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
