RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Lumavyn will cover all return shipping costs for faulty items. Please email hello@lumavyn.co.uk with photos of the fault.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. This applies to both our in-stock items and pre-order forward sales, starting from the day you physically receive the goods. This is in addition to our 60-day guarantee.

PRE-ORDER DISPATCH WARRANTY

For items purchased under a forward-sale pre-order contract, if we fail to dispatch your item within our promised 8–10 business day window due to supply chain delays, you retain the immediate right to cancel your contract for a 100% upfront refund before shipping occurs.

WARRANTY

All Lumavyn devices carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
