Refund policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 60-day guarantee.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email hello@lumavyn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return (optional).
2. The customer is responsible for purchasing a return label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it at any Royal Mail post office.
4. Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for items returned in a significantly damaged condition (not due to a manufacturing defect).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please email hello@lumavyn.co.uk with photos of the fault.

WARRANTY
All Lumavyn devices carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
