Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

We offer free tracked delivery on all orders to UK addresses. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@lumavyn.co.uk.

Delays and lost parcels

Lumavyn is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. If your tracked parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately at hello@lumavyn.co.uk if you notice an error.
