Your statutory rights (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email hello@lumavyn.co.uk with your order number and photos.
